  I’ve ordered Unwiches from many Jimmy John’s locations, but the Deerfield Beach store has been the worst experience every time. First visit: the Unwich was tiny, but I let it slide. Second visit: they told me they had no lettuce after I arrived to pick up my online order, and the staff didn’t even know how to refund me. I ended up taking a wrap I didn’t want. Third (and final) visit: I arrived right behind three customers. The employee took their orders and then told me to “give him a few minutes,” even though my order had been placed 10 minutes earlier. He started preparing their sandwiches first. When I asked why he wasn’t making mine, he said prepping the lettuce takes time. I understand that, but my order was placed BEFORE the walk-ins, and it was to-go. Only after I questioned it did he finally make mine. And the final product was a joke. He didn’t even wrap the ingredients inside the lettuce. He threw huge, full lettuce leaves—thick stem and all—into the paper and placed the ingredients on top, so the paper became the actual wrap. It was messy, impossible to eat, and I ended up throwing away half of it because it was basically the entire lettuce head. Don’t bother with this location. It’s a shame it carries the Jimmy John’s name.

  Possibly the weakest sandwich I've ever seen. 16$ lol.

  Food is dry...for the amount that you pay the food is not worth it. My husband tuna was a waste he had to add more mayo to his sandwich. We got extra mayo and it still was dry. Staff acted like they was ready for us to hurry and leave. 1st time impression won't be a second. I heard alot of good but sorry never again
