My coffee tasted like literal dirty water i had to spit it out and my sandwich was not even wrapped in the paper just thrown in the bag. On January 7th at approximately 2:15 p.m., from the moment I placed my order, I waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive-thru line with no way to exit. When I finally reached the window, the employee assisting me asked whether I had ordered a drink or food. I greeted him and clarified that I had ordered a drink, then was asked to repeat my order. During the transaction, the two employees assisting each other at the register provided three different totals for the same order. I was then handed the card reader and prompted to select a tip amount, despite the confusion and extended wait. I selected “no tip.” After leaving, I noticed the lid of my hot drink was partially open, and the beverage was no longer hot. No apology was offered for the delay or the confusion with my order. I am not someone who typically complains, but between the excessive wait time, lack of communication, inconsistent pricing, the tip prompt, and receiving a lukewarm drink, this was a very poor experience. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar experiences for other customers who were also delayed at the window.
