- CMcaridad moralesFeb 25, 20261.0Hoy tuve una mala experiencia con una empleada que tal parece que tiene un mal dia o Que se le olvida que trabaja con publico y por tanto debe ser empatica , amable y con un poco de educación al menos, pedi por favor me dejaran pasar al baño (los cuales siempre están cerrados) y me salio dicha empleada con muy mala forma diciendo que debia consumir para poder usarlo, diariamente visito este lugar pues trabajo para UBER y en ningun establecimiento que voy a pasado cosa semejante, siempre te prestan la llave o te dan el password, error mio no pedir hablar con un supervisor o manager. Los demas empleados tienen muy buen trato y Servicio. Tal parece que estos baños es de uso personal para empleados o su propio baño. Falta de respeto total, espero atiendan dicha queja.

For some reason, she chose to be rude and mean because they had a lot going on during the morning rush. I understand that, but there’s no need to take it out on loyal customers. All I asked was to please scan my discount tickets and she flat out refused to do so. When I asked her to explain, she just kept saying “because we can’t” so when I asked her to please take my order correctly (scan the 2 tickets) she said no. She just did not want to help me. Turns out, that was the manager. Horrible leadership. I am never one to complain or blame employees, but this experience truly changed how I feel about Dunkin. I have never had such terrible customer service experience. She does not know how to do her job. I am not visiting again.
