When I got my drinks, they were completely wrong. When I politely told the employee, she insisted I never said it—again, I repeated that I said it twice. Instead of apologizing or even trying to understand, she was rude and told me she’d have to charge me if I wanted it fixed. No apology, no sympathy, no willingness to help—just attitude. It was honestly frustrating and unprofessional. If I’m paying for something specific, the least I expect is to be treated with basic respect. Very disappointing experience.
