When we walked towards the store an employee locked the door & told us through the glass that the only way we could order was online. I said we’re here now, why can’t we just buy a pizza, he kept repeating himself. On our way back to our car a delivery driver told us the same thing. It’s ridiculous that these people make up their own rules to benefit their friends or coworkers when it’s clearly not right! We wanted a pizza to take home & watch the UFC title fight which was starting at midnight. We went to Papa John’s half a mile away & they assisted us with no issues or attitude! I’ll never give Dominos my business again because of this incident! Hopefully it gets dealt with but they’re definitely affecting business by making up their own rules when they feel like it! Very unprofessional & disgusting behavior towards customers who are just trying to buy food!!! I don’t understand the logic behind this…..

I ordered two pizzas, one was a medium with light cheese, extra sauce, and no garlic seasoning on the crust. The garlic seasoning was added by mistake by someone at this location. I was immediately called and asked if I would like a store credit or for them to remake the pizza due to the mistake. That went a long way to show that this location genuinely cared about making sure I got my order. I appreciated the call and chose the credit. Small, simple mistake but was made up for by a long shot considering they went out of their way to apologize and offer to remake it. Out of all dominos locations, this one has the best customer service. A big thank you to this team for taking care of their customers !! :)
