    Extremely understaffed location. Staff does not move quickly when you can tell they’re behind. Everytime I come here, takes forever to get service and the food. Corporate, step it up and hire/bring in some management to get this place running right

    Absolute trash location the little Spanish older lady server is super rude. I’ve been waiting here 20 minutes for Food that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago and there’s literally no one in the restaurant. This doesn’t even make sense.

    Darryl was our server , he was awesome, the food was great. I had the cheese steak, it was different then the ones I usually get else where. The fried cheese curds were great. Price was not bad either.

    I ordered to go over the phone I specifically asked for all flats 3x Sonia took my call. When we came to pick the order up the order was not right. She said I didn’t ask for ALL FLATS lol 😂 (time was 11:20 on 11/18 please replay the call you will hear I said all flats 3times) so now she saying I’m changing my order I have to wait so we proceed to eat the food that was correct at the bar she tells us stop eating because we ordered to go 🤣🤣 like ma am u messed up my order now I’m going to be eating cold food since I can’t eat my food that YOU didn’t mess up… I asked for a drink while I wait she wanted me to pay for it lol I don’t mind but the least you could have done was give me a drink smh customer service just sucks these days
