  We picked up a wonderful dinner enjoyed by six of us. Everything was delicious! The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return to Brusco’s during our stay in Deerfield Beach!

  We went to Brusco‘s for dinner last evening their crabcakes and pizza special absolutely delicious Sue our server was a sweetheart. We will look forward to returning very good Italian place.

  Decided to pull in and give this place a try! Wow! We were greeted by Suzie, a friendly welcoming soul. A fellow upstate NYer! This isn't a place to come if you're in a rush. We truly enjoyed the freshness and flavors! We will be back!!

  Brusco's is not just a restaurant, but an authentic Italian culinary experience lived with passion. We started with the Brusco Pizza, a perfect balance of flavors: quality cured ham, fresh arugula, Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, and a delicate glaze that enhances every bite without overpowering it. A dish that speaks of tradition and modernity at the same time. Following this, an impeccable Florentine salmon, accompanied by freshly prepared vegetables, fresh, flavorful, and treated with respect, as only those who truly understand raw ingredients know how to do. The Chicken Siciliana then completed the journey: Mediterranean aromas, perfect cooking, and an attention to detail that is clearly perceptible. Speaking with the chef – who is also the owner – one immediately understands the philosophy of the place: an Italian who arrived in the United States with the goal of investing and, above all, introducing true Italian culinary culture. With over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, he is an extremely quality-conscious person, with a positive obsession for excellence. And the facts fully prove him right. Each dish is accompanied by an extraordinary mushroom soup and garlic bread strictly made by the chef, details that make a difference and tell a story of love for the craft. The service is equally noteworthy: the lady in the dining room is thoughtful, attentive, always present without ever being intrusive, ensuring that nothing was missing to make us experience a truly special evening. The recently renovated ambiance is welcoming and refined. Brusco's is a place with great potential, one of those that deserve to grow and be experienced multiple times. I, without a doubt, will return.
