First issue is that most of the times my large size latte is only 60% filled. And I saw today that I think this is a policy because I saw the lady prepping my coffee to dispose of the rest of the milk she frothed instead of just adding it to the cup. I thought, well maybe my cup is already full because of the foam but to my surprise it was still only 60% filled. I feel robbed every time I go there. The other issue is that I always ask for Splenda in my drink and they never add anything. Nada…

Her name is Joanna; outright RUDE. Zero customer service. Rude, not polite, miserable person. Don't waste your time here if she's working. FILTH!

I stood there , no one acknowledged me.. I did my own order on self service terminal... waited and waited while 3 people working were only doing the drive thru.. no one even looked at me... after about 5 mins someone came to finally get my small order... didn't say hello didn't say anything.... what poor customer service... please train ur people they have a job because of customers also donuts were not that good... ... I really miss donuts to go....
