  Great coffee as always! I keep it simple, iced coffee black. Hubby got a bagel with bacon egg and cheese and it was delicious. Quick service when you are on the Go

  This is the best dunking I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere and staff are amazing. I’m a regular in the mornings and I am always so pleased with my order. You can tell that even when busy, they take the time to make your order right. The staff even make small talk when I get to the window leaving me in an even better mood. Definitely applaud these workers. :)

  Unacceptable experience. Paid $30 for 2 coffees and a dozen donuts at 8:32am, and the donuts were rock-hard, stale, and clearly not fresh. When I called the store, the drive-thru employee answered (she's the lady who works the drive-thru speaker almost everyday...I don't know her name) and offered no apology, no refund, no replacement — only excuses, claiming the donuts were hard because it was “cold in the building,” followed by personal stories about her shift and personal stories about how she lived in New Jersey and the donuts were the same staleness. It's common sense, if it's so cold in the building that it's ruining the food quality and you are having people complain it...MAYBE TURN ON THE HEAT SO THE DONUTS DON'T GO BAD. I have no problem taking my business to a different Dunkin since I'm pretty sure this is franchised owned. I thought about going back and returning the donuts but it's not worth my gas money after wasting $15 on donuts that went it the garbage. Corporate needs to review this location’s food quality and customer service. I used to come here daily, but after paying premium prices for stale food and getting zero accountability, I won’t be back.

  I just want to say this location is the WORSE !! I have been stopping the last few weekends, and their is always an issue. Today I was refused to be served.... I was told they weren't open but clearly says they open at 5am! The girl was rude,and had a nasty Attitude. I will be reaching out to corporate As this has been a continuous issue at this location. Customer service should be first it's non existent here.

  Well we walked into this Dunkin donuts and asked if they had happy hour like all of the other Dunkin in Florida.. and said they didn't serve alcohol. I guess she was trying to be funny or something. You need to train your employees better. And take away their red bull. I was never so offended.. I can't really rate what I want to rate. They deserve a half a star for the insult. I will never step foot in this place every again.
