- AJAndrea JassoNov 8, 20251.0Every time I go their I think it’s gonna get better or be a different person but it never is 🤦🏽♀️ I went in their during the evening time this Saturday on November 8 and the girl in their is always rude I always have kindness back because that’s the kind of person I am but she is rude and huffs and puffs when ever I order a sub when keep in mind my sub only has lettuce on it she was rude this time that I completely forgot to grab my chips because I was in such a rush to get out of their . Not only all of that but the bread is ALWAYS DRY i used to work at a sub place and I know that ur supposed to make fresh bread every 2 hours and it doesn’t seem like she does because when the other girl is their the bread taste fine . This is the worst subway ever they need to hire people that have better customer service and know how to keep things clean and food fresh she didn’t have the lids or anything restocked either . I will now be taking my business to the other subway . Thanks .

They didn't make my husband's food or my sons all because my sub was unavailable. The lady working asked if we wanted something else but no we wanted easy food that was ready. My husband asked for a refund and the lady working doesn't even know how to issue a refund. She had to take multiple photos to send to multiple people and then call around all to even issue a refund. Took 25 minutes and was a disaster. I do not 100% blame the girl working, managers need to train their staff better. However, if something is sold out and someone orders it you should tell them ASAP and not jerk them around.
