  Today is February 26th 2026 and I made an online order with a pick up time for 6:15… when I went in there was only one girl working and a line that was piling up… there was two women who seemed to also have online orders and their attitudes were horrible anyway… this girl was amazing despite the pile of online orders that came in while working my order and dealing with the line of customers… if the manager sees this please give that girl a raise or something she deserves it she was working so hard and despite people being rude she continued… yea I walked out around 6:50 with my food or a little before despite my order time said 6:15 I didn’t care I saw how hard working she is and if she sees this then girl I see you and wanted to tell you don’t let those other women or anyone else being rude to you get to you.. your doing an amazing job and it sucked you were working by yourself tonight and it was a lot of non stop stuff going on but I’m proud of how you kept yourself composed and polite I’m a stranger yea but I saw you and I’m sure other people can see how hard you worked tonight… don’t give up ☺️

  The place was packed with Walk-ins as well as customers picking up online orders. They had only 1 individual working alone. He was very polite and apologized to everyone for the long wait. He was really trying his best but it was clear that he was overwhelmed with the volume of customers and orders that he was trying to fill. We really felt for him! I have owned and managed restaurants for years and no food establishment can be run efficiently with a single person. When we finally placed our orders and were asked what toppings we wanted, we were disappointed to find that they were completely out of all greens (lettuce and spinach). We ended up purchasing our flat subs and went to Aldi (same plaza) for shredded lettuce to complete our subs. Poor Management!!

  Taylor is absolutely incredible! We ordered 6 sandwiches around 7 pm. I came in to grab them and found Taylor already making 5 sandwiches for 4 guests, alone... I watched her make all 11 perfectly! She was calm and very kind even under all that stress. As I was talking with her, she let me know she had only been there for a month, which blows my mind. For her to handle all of that so flawlessly with such little experience is absolutely phenomenal! People like that are far and few between, and i have the utmost respect for it! If Taylor is making your sandwiches, you are in great hands, as I am sure you are with anyone at that shop. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE...

  Waited several minutes before even seen an employee, then she was rude. My sandwich tasted spoiled (tuna) took it back was told to call the Mgr in the morning. I called the manager and she informed her of the issue and that I still had the sub to return for a refund. She wouldn’t give me a refund. The employee told me that several people have complained about the Tuna. It obviously quite clear from other reviews they could care less about the customer or their product. I wouldn’t recommend this location!!
