  Ordered on line picked up at the drive thru, asked for sauces was told they were in the bag and box, I did not check and they were not in there I was already home I did call, and was asked what did want them to do and they will make sure to let the team know to double check to make didn’t care for the dismissive tone

  My friend lives in Deland and we went to this location today for lunch before we went shopping. Arby’s menu is affordable for seniors. Dawn’s customer service is awesome. The rest of the team was very friendly. Restaurant is extremely clean.The food was excellent. We will definitely make another trip back here next time I visit. Keep up the good work!

  This is the first place we found that actually serves fresh HOT french fries no matter what time you come in. We ate at this location twice...late dinner and lunch, both times the french fries were hot.

  Fresh and hot! Love the double meat option! Friendly and relatively quick. Prices are steep, but that's everywhere
