    Received food 45 minutes after we ordered. Paid for large drinks and received medium drinks instead, found out they were out of large cups and they would not refund the difference. Order was wrong had to get it corrected (missing items). Staff was rude, would not recommend stopping here.

    I went into this location to pick up a delivery order. I approached the counter and told the manager I was here to pick up an order and the stated "What you me to do about it" I said "I was just telling you I was here to pick up and order for delivery". She stood there and gave me the dirtiest looks and said to the employees around here "I am so tired of the Door Dash people" Worst service I've ever received as a delivery driver. I unassigned the order and left the restaurant. I filed a complaint with Door Dash and I also filed a complaint with Wendy corporate office phone number. This manager has no business in management. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to file a complaint against someone in my life.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited almost 10 min to be seen and I was the only one waiting to order and no one else was inside the restaurant. After receiving my food and waiting another 10 min, and after leaving, I tried the food and it was stale and cold! So I had to drive all the way back to get a refund! Very aggravating night. If I’m waiting that long I would expect for my food to Atleast be hot and fresh. I’ve tried this restaurant a few times and every time it’s a huge disappointment! The staff was very unsanitary! No handwashing in sight from touching other things such as clothes, face, and even money then go straight back to making food without washing their hands! Definitely needs better management! I will no longer spend my hard working money at this place ever again, if I want Wendy’s I will def recommend taking a further drive to the one on international or in ormond.

    I recently visited this fast-food restaurant, and my experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I first pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted by an AI system that took my order. After placing my order for a Biggie Bag, I drove to the payment window, only to be asked again what I had ordered. The employee then told me my order wasn’t ready yet, which felt disorganized and confusing. While waiting for my food, I noticed another customer being told to pull forward because their order wasn’t ready either. The whole process felt chaotic. When I finally received my meal, I immediately checked it and was disappointed. The burger patty was extremely small—smaller than what you’d get at Steak 'n Shake. Worse, the burger was missing tomatoes. When I asked, the employee said they were out of tomatoes, which I wish they had told me before I paid. To top it off, I discovered I had no straws for my drink, and my fries, which were supposed to include bacon and onions, didn’t have any onions despite the employee confirming they would. Overall, this visit left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The service was confusing, the food was incomplete, and the attention to detail just wasn’t there.
