  I’m not sure who the girl working in the window was but her attitude was wrong and she was rude as all get down. She’s standing in the window on her phone texting, hitting her vape. I get it. It’s late and y’all are about to close cause it’s 1:30 in the morning, but you still need to know how to treat people with respect and have some decorum while at your place of work, even if it is a Taco Bell drive-through.

  I was so bummed when I received my order and my quesadilla hadn't been warmed or cut and the cheese wasn't melted. Then to see that the bean burrito I ordered had flakes of the bean mixture that hadn't been stirred/prepared right and no cheese or sauce added to my burrito...never have I had this happen at a Taco Bell. So disappointed.

  Night staff took forever to get food, waited over 40 minutes and just the way at the window for the wrong order to be given to me.. waited on the right order and still had missing stuff.

  So our cashier was nice and got everything right on our order, and I'll admit, sometimes I can get a few modifications because I can't eat cheese or onions, due to allergy, so when pic de galo is on things I have to remove it. The moment I opened my bag I could tell it was team b on the grill tonight though. My crunchwrap sliders were just thrown together and not even wrapped or pressed. And my dip has Pico all over it and in it, I had to scoop so much out to be able to eat it, that it wasnt even worth it anymore. This was RIDICULOUS! I had to do all kinds of modifications to it when I got home, if I wanted to do that I would have just stayed home and cooked myself

  I hate going to a fast-food restaurant and being treated by someone who is condescending, incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. I went to Taco Bell around 1:30 to get tacos for my children, and the worker I encountered was extremely rude. She inserted herself into a conversation I was having with my kids and had a terrible attitude the entire time. Because of how she acted, I decided to drive off. I refuse to spend money somewhere where I’m treated so poorly. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be working there. The level of disrespect was completely unnecessary, and I will definitely be letting others know about this experience. If I could give a zero I definitely would.
