  I'm sure the location is fine but I tried to order for delivery for 30 minutes and the people that pick up aren't even at the store location and if they have the slightest problem they put you on hold forever and never take you off. You can't even try again or see if maybe a number was put in wrong before they just immediately within a second put you on hold. I called about 4 times same thing every time they just said my address was out of range despite the location being not even a 10 minute drive. I would've gone myself but my leg is broken and I can't drive.

  Worst experience ever!!! Ordered 3 items, arrived in time to get hot out of oven, WRONG!!! already out, and lukewarm. No sauce on 2 pizzas, didn't even try the pasta, looks dry. The customer in front of me was also having a problem with their order. The store was dirty, counter so nasty. Will never go to this store again!!!

  It is the best chain Pizza. I think they do sometimes get the orders wrong. But that's not a huge deal.It's just a topping here or there. Tbh, during their special of $10 NA toppings, it's easy to run out of things. They do have regulars who, when you come to the counter, just sit there and talk to you. Non-stop, like I said a regular customer, I just ignore but they're Pan Pizza is delicious.
