  Atmosphere varies at different locations. People go to eat, carry on business or meetings, or simply to relax. All of the locations that I've visited have different types of seating inside and outside. Some have drive thru, and others do not. Neither do all have a separate enclosed room. Newer locations are designed with a more modern decor. However, all seem to have the same menu, though possibilities change depending on the time of year.

  Went there to try something different from our norm. The place was filthy and disgusting. Very dirty. Floors are sticky. Drink station was very dirty, soda and lemonade tasted like water. They are definitely not keeping up with this restaurant. Definitely won't be returning.

  This one needs a good cleaning and facelift. The upholstered seats are very old and very dirty. There was food on the divider where sat. You could tell it was from a dirty handed toddler. There was alot of garbage on the floor. Our food came out cold. I had the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl. It was barely warm. I also had an asiago bread stick and it was cold. My husband had the Philly cheese steak. It was good. And warm. The whole place just felt unclean. Panera was hot stuff 30years ago. Which is about how old the decor was in this location. Make it great again. Please.

  The restaurant was empty, tables were clean, 8:00 pm on a Monday night. Ordered a half sandwich. Chicken, Bacon, Ranchl on a ciabatta. Talk about downsizing and skimpy ingredients. It looked nothing like the layered sandwich in their website. A few pieces of flat chicken, on a crusty ciabatta, with a bit of ranch and somewhere inside there must have been some bacon. .but I couldn't find it. Won't order this again. And whenever you are there close to 8:30 pm the deserts are half price, but seems the cashier always seems to forget that and charges full price, then has to fix it and make it right.

  i always come to this location and the food is great and i always have had a great experience until today around 11 am my boyfriend gave me a cup (a small cup) and i started filling it and an older lady employee with glasses a pink shirt dont remember the name bc i couldn’t care less about someone who has nothing else better to do then confronts me in my face about how its a water cup and i told her i didnt know so i poured it out and walked away and i hear her use me as an example to whoever she was talking to then while i was sitting with my bf he told me that he had offered to pay for the cups and they said no but at that point i thought he paid. we are waiting for our food and my bf still has his empty cup and she stands behind us for 10 seconds till i notice and say yes? and she goes are u ginna pay for that and then i start explaining what happened and how i already told her i didnt know and dumped it out when she told me to so for her to come back to us minding our business to stare at us and have a snappy attitude was so unnecessary i had to get up and walk away. literally mind your business and leave me aloneeeee! mind you me and my bf has asked for a water cup previously and it was much smaller and this time it was an actual small cup which is also why i thought my bf paid for the cup….😂😂 i understand the first time letting me know but to start again as an employee…. worst experience ever because of her !!!! a friendly reminder was all that was necessary.
