  Construction to the deck while we were eating was horrible.So loud & obnoxious. Next time, please shut down out door dining when adding to the deck, better yet close for a day for construction. Ruined the experience & atmosphere but our waitress was incredibly friendly & upbeat!

  The construction ruined our lunch. Every 10 seconds all you heard was beep, beep, beep. Food was over priced and average at best. I don’t mind paying a little more for the environment but with the construction and poor quality of food, definitely wasn’t worth it. Plus they charge Credit Card fees and an up charge for french fries with a burger/sandwich which is already $17.50-$20.

  Came all the way from Canada excited for a nice meal by the water, and the experience was honestly disappointing from start to finish. When we asked to sit outside, the hostess saw our group of 7 and immediately said no—then walked away before we could even ask about splitting into tables. My husband followed up, asking if we could do two tables, and was told no again, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Thankfully, a kind waitress stepped in and helped us get seated outside—but because they’re renovating, we ended up at tables set up on the grass. Unfortunately, there were ants all over the table… and even inside the salt shaker. There were also no lights by the table, so we had to use our phone flashlights just to see our food. And the cherry on top: there was a hair cooked into my dad’s burger patty. Really disappointing experience overall, especially since we were looking forward to it. Would not recommend.

  Just a forewarning, they have attendants monitoring the parking lot to ensure you're parking to eat and not to use it for beach access. lm 100% for them to ensure parking spots are saved for their guests. The idea was half our family would eat at the restaurant while the other half would take a small walk on the beach. The attendant stated they will still tow our car if we exited towards the beach. We asked a few clarifying questions and obliged by their rules. We parked across the street and returned back to the beach stairway. The attendant snarkily stated "See, that wasn't so hard, was it?" I don't recall us being rude or giving him a hard time, so his sass was not really necessary. Overall, our family said the food was okay and the service was mediocre. The attendant could take a lesson on customer service skills. In conclusion, we leave reviews to let others know if the experience was positive. Unfortunately, this was negative. So please enjoy this 2 star review.

  We were sat right away. We sat on the deck and the weather was perfect. The music level was spot on. Our waitress, sorry I forgot her name, she was pregnant. She was wonderful. She suggested my fried chicken sandwich. It was great. The service was wonderful and she was so kind. We really enjoyed the staff and the vibe. If we come back to Daytona Beach we will deffinently eat here again. If you are thinking where to eat Land Shark is a great choice.
