  Food is on the salty side, my fish was well over cooked, they were not very busy but our waiter just couldn't seem to provide everything we needed and kept having to ask for things that should already be at the table, one for example is we got our food but were not provided utensils and had to ask a couple of times before we got them. We ordered before 2 other tables but got our food after them, which is really irritating.

  Called to inquire about happy hour, the young lady answered the phone rudely with no greeting. She basically yelled we don't do happy hour, and I was taken back by her tone a d lack of phone etiquette, paused for a second and said OK. Wouldn't spend a dime there.

  Held a team/family dinner event for 87 people during a busy competition week at Joe's Crab Shack and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From working with Kailyn during the planning stages, and Michael and his amazing staff the night of the event, we had a blast! The food was fantastic and plentiful, and the staff was very accommodating and attentive. The DJ playing our team fight song was the icing on the cake, leading our team and parents to an all-out dance party. Can't wait for next year!

  It’s loud. You have to shout to have conversation. The crab legs were dry and overcooked. The meat had sealed itself to the inside of the shell and had to be scraped free. The service was slow for refills, meanwhile a new photographer tried to sell us photos while our drinks were empty. Price was about $45 per person. The tip was forced into the ticket even with the poor service. I will not be back, or probably to any other Joe’s in the future.

  Minha experiência no Joe’s Crab Shack foi bem positiva. O lugar é decente, com um ambiente agradável, e o atendimento foi realmente muito bom — equipe atenciosa e ágil. O prato que pedi, um “sea alguma coisa” (confesso que esqueci o nome 😅), veio extremamente bem apresentado e, mais importante, muito saboroso. Dá pra ver cuidado na entrega do prato. A cerveja estava no ponto, bem gelada, acompanhando perfeitamente a refeição. Outro destaque é a vista: o restaurante fica praticamente no píer, o que deixa a experiência ainda mais agradável. Para estacionar, utilizei um estacionamento público ali próximo e paguei cerca de 6 dólares — valor justo considerando a localização. Recomendo a experiência, principalmente pra quem quer comer bem com uma vista diferenciada.
