Ordered nuggets was told to pull up waited 30 minutes giving them benefit of the doubt when I finally went inside they had no idea about the order.

I went through the drive-thru they messed up my order three times. Then they told me to pull up and wait at the stop sign and never came out. They forgot all about me. Not the first time this place is disappointed

Ordered one breakfast sandwich through the drive-thru and was told to park in the mobile pickup area with several other cars. I waited 15 minutes with no update. Because this delay put me at risk of being late for work, I was eventually forced to go inside to ask for my order.
Inside, there was no sense of urgency from the staff—employees were laughing and joking while customers were left waiting both in the parking lot and inside the restaurant. To make matters worse, I watched another customer receive their order immediately through the drive-thru, which made no sense.
So much for “fast food.” Poor communication, poor efficiency, and an extremely frustrating experience overall. This is not what I expect from a fast-food restaurant like Wendy’s. Not to mention received no receipt for my order or napkins. Just a cold breakfast sandwich

Make sure they give you the proper change back.
I ordered something that was $7.78. I handed them a $20 bill, and they only gave me $10 back. Then they insisted that it was the proper amount of change. I asked for the receipt, and they refused to give me one.
After a brief back in forth, they finally gave me the other $2.22
Make sure you get a receipt and you got the correct amount of money back.

Nobody in the Drive-Thru but yet all my food was cold and nasty almost like they re-cook the hamburger and gave me old fries didn't give me my barbecue sauce and for no one being at the drive-thru you think they'd get it right only having one order but Wendy's is going downhill unfortunately
