I waited for 5 minutes with a drink without a straw. When they brought my food out, I saw there was no straw in the bag, one of my sauces was not included, no napkins, no receipt. Very disappointed. I understand I can just go in and grab the items that were missing, but that is not the point. You go through the drive-thru so you don't have to do that!
