  We went to meet some friends for coffee/snacks. The person serving us at the counter couldn’t answer our questions. We were wanting decaf lattes. All she could offer was plain decaf coffee. So we decided to just buy two cups of decaf and went over to the coffee bar. The little bit of decaf was cold and there was not enough for two cups, so we went back to the counter to ask for fresh coffee. She poured us hot coffee from the back counter behind the register. I asked to make sure it was decaf and she said it was light roast. Well, it wasn’t decaf and I got sick when we got home. This young lady did poor customer service and wasn’t concerned about if someone asks for decaf, it’s for a reason. Due to this, I spent the evening sick due to her inconsideration. I dumped out the majority of my coffee because it was making me sick as this is how caffeine affects me. This was a very disappointing experience for all of us and we along with our friends will go somewhere else in the future for coffee.

  I come here a lot.My husband gets the french dipper and he absolutely loves it , and I love the autumn squash , which I eat probably five times a week lol but true !! Hahaha.

  The people are very nice and the food is good, But the restaurant needs a facelift. The booth cushions are so filthy the pattern isn't recognizable anymore. The restrooms are always filthy. Remember , people always equate the condition of these things with the kitchen.

  i placed an order online. i asked for no tomatoes and they put it on the sandwich anyways. i CALLED the store and asked for my sandwich to be toasted and they couldn’t even follow those instructions. (which btw the worker had to hand me to his manager for some reason?? ig he doesn’t know what toasted means). i was told that my food was waiting for me at the rack but instead it was sitting in the back until some worker grabbed it and finally put it on the shelf 3 mins later. not coming back to this location. idk when it got expensive but the food is usually good which is the only reason i keep going back.
