  After nearly 40 years of eating at McDonald’s, this is the first time I have ever left a drive-thru feeling so uncomfortable that I chose not to eat the food I was given. The interaction at the window was unusually dismissive and unprofessional. The attitude alone made me question the care and integrity that went into preparing the order. While I have no proof of any wrongdoing, the experience left me with serious concerns about food handling and customer service standards at this location. Customer trust is everything in the restaurant industry. When professionalism and courtesy are absent, it naturally raises doubts about what happens behind the counter. That should never be the case. I am not eating what they gave me

  Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to I am a door dasher and a customer and they are so slow making customers orders and the last time I was here the slammed the order down in front of me busting the DoorDash customers soda in the bag and they complain about making food and they worry about who called who ugly I’m done not coming back unless I have to pick up a DoorDash order

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location, mainly due to the manager, Neisha. Her attitude toward both customers and staff was extremely unprofessional. She was loudly yelling at employees in front of everyone, which created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she came across as rude, dismissive, and unfriendly during the entire visit. As a customer, you expect basic courtesy and respect, but that was completely lacking. Watching staff be spoken to harshly also made it clear that the workplace atmosphere is not positive. Management sets the tone for a business, and unfortunately, this experience reflected very poorly on the location. I hope upper management at McDonald’s addresses this, because no customer or employee should have to deal with that kind of behavior.

  0/10 experience. Yaya and Nick are both managers and were extremely unprofessional and rude from start to finish. The staff they oversee is just as disorganized and unhelpful, which clearly reflects poor management. To make things worse, it’s nearly impossible to resolve issues because their phone is always out of service, so you can’t even properly speak to a manager when there’s a problem. Very disappointing and frustrating service overall.

  This McDonald’s establishment is horrible. The customer service is terrible, and the workers are very rude. They messed up my order and had me sitting at the drive-thru window for an extremely long time. It got so bad that I had to stop a worker outside just to get help. On top of that, my chicken nuggets were undercooked. I am pregnant, so this could have caused serious complications. Moral of the story: do not eat here.
