The manager was willing to replace the sandwich but since the original call didn't mention the fries it wasn't being replaced so I had to call myself as my son had walked back like an hour walk ( got his steps in). I suggested that the restaurant check the customers orders better and I understand that they are busy.

I wish people actually received compensation for the disrespect they receive here, this McDonald's really takes the Grinch season seriously, AND I'm so sick ofthe automatic replies to these reviews, I messaged your care team on multiple occasions on earlier situations and nothing gets done about anything, 99% of the staff there need complacency training and to be point blank fired especially the taller African American manager, I've seen multiple reviews on her attitude and yelling at customers for simple requests and I think the general manager should seriously do something about the complacency there. As a resident and a delivery driver of Daytona, Florida, Do. Not. Recommend.
