Got down to the restaurant only to find out the place had been shut down. After they had already taken my money. Very disappointed.

The facility itself was just rundown. Not the typical lively Johnny Rockets that I am used to. Bathroom was rundown and gross. 1 single stall. We had a few kids with us who had to go to the bathroom at the same time as one of the servers. She didnt enjoy having to wait, and made it very clear. Probably wouldn't come to this location again, but it wasnt terrible.

The reason given for cancellation was the restaurant was unable to fill the order. I ordered it on my lunch hour and by the time I got the cancellation, it was too late to order anything else; my lunch hour was over. So I got no lunch on a 12 hour shift thanks to Johnny Rockets
- HLHeather LyonsNov 29, 20255.0Today we stopped in and had the most amazing service with Donna. My husband and I both got double burgers that were delicious and bacon cheddar tots! Even tho she was the only server on the floor and it was busy (shortly after we were sat there was a 15 top that came in). She kept a constant smile on her face even during the rush. She made the experience today worth it! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. We’ll be back to enjoy another burger when we’re in town and hope to see Donna again!
