I'm sorry I inconvenienced you and asked you to put the drinks in a holder and then when I did I appreciate the eye rolling! If you don't like your job and you can't be courteous find a different one minimal is all you need

I hesitate to get decaffeinated coffee because it often sits on the burner, and tastes burned. They said they would make a fresh pot for me. The coffee was great. Excellent customer service.

And they gave me sour coffee so when I asked for a side of cold foam (which I forgot) that I was ready to pay for with dollar in hand, they told me they couldn't charge me for it and would have to charge me for a whole other drink with cold foam. The staff is so rude.And then the manager says, we don't give things out for free and tries to defend his employee when I told him I asked to pay when I requested the cold foam. The manager was Danny who was so focused on it not being free which is annoying as I asked TO PAY and the initial employee was the heavy set caucasian male. Needless to say, the customer service is just as bad as the coffee quality there. Being so heavy on a power trip that you're mistreating customers who buy from you every day when this job would probably fire you without second thought is wild. Worst part is it was an absolute lie because he proceeded to charge me 64 cents, a number he just made up, which I paid before realizing, how terrible the coffee tasted. I left so upset that I didn't even grab any cream or splenda because leave it to "Danny Dunkin" they don't give anything for free smh
