If that’s how you correct behavior please step down in leadership you create a toxic work environment I don’t find it cute as a customer and I’m sure the employee you embarrassed doesn’t appreciate the disrespect either do better as a “manager” if you can even call yourself that since you both have no self control over your emotions and lack self awareness and emotional intelligence.

Which we were very impressed with her personality as well as performance and professionalism! She was very kind & generous! To the management, please have extra help overnight with this remarkable young lady! Again this particular location was awesome due to this young lady who served us overnight through the drive through.
