  This is the 3rd time we have gone to this location the store hours on the door, Google and their website says they close at 8pm. We got here at 6:53pm and the doors were locked. Lady motioned from inside to go to drive thur. We left and went to Krispy Kreme a couple blocks away. Got coffee and donuts. Dunkin missed out on sales not just from us but from the two cars in front of us that walked up to the door and noticed the door was locked. They drove away also. I happen to see them in the Krispy Kreme too.

  Walked up there from my house a few roads away, get there at about 715am go inside the lobby which has hours posted on the door 7am open google says 7am open their own website says 7am. The lady at the register was taking photos of the donuts turns and states they are not open and ushers us out the door slamming and locking it. Its 735am at this point I've been on hold with corporate for 8 minutes. Id rate this a 0 if I could. They need either new management or to update their store hours.

  This place is lazy with making the coffee some days it’s good then other days it’s nasty and i have to throw my coffee out because who wants to drink a coffee with pure sugar like this place it a slow establishment.

  The lady (thief) in the drive-thru was a bit rude and off-putting. When I got to the window, she asked how much I would be tipping her. I declined at that time and provided my debit card. After she ran my card, she didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt and then crumpled it up and threw it out. I then asked her for another, and when she reprinted it, it showed that she had added a tip for herself. ***Edit*** After calling to speak with the manager they were TOO busy with their morning rush to talk to me about their thieving/fraudulent employee that stole from us, and I had to go in person wasting more in gas than was stolen to address the issue and they said they would work on training the employees .... you don't train them not to steal, if they don't already know this going to this location you are now at risk of being defrauded. Cheryl didn't seem interested and not apologetic to the situation.
