My drink took a while so when I inquired about it, they apologize and made it right away. Not sure what happened. A team member offered a free doughnut and apologize for the wait. I said no but thanks for asking. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not to just give freebies but to acknowledge the problem, try to find a solution and fix it! Not sure if she’s the manager but good job!! Keep up the hustle and good work!
