    I had a really bad experience at this Dunkin’, and it had nothing to do with the employee who was helping me , it was completely because of the manager. From the moment I walked in, she had a nasty, hostile attitude and acted like it was a huge problem to make a simple drink that’s literally on the menu. She gave me a hard time for no reason and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Her tone and behavior honestly made me want to just leave. What made it worse is that she talks to her own employees crazy too , I don’t know how she even became a manager. If she made me feel that uncomfortable just as a customer, I can only imagine what her employees go through every day. They seriously need to replace her ASAP. I wish I didn’t even have to give them my money after how I was treated.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I asked twice for my order to be made with no egg, and both times it was made incorrectly. The second time, the worker even repeated back “no egg” to confirm — yet still gave me egg. When she remade it, the order was cold and had the wrong cheese. The employee who helped me, who had orange hair and a mole by her lip, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. She slammed my order down on the counter and was unfriendly and disrespectful from the start. There’s absolutely no reason to treat a customer that way. It really reflects poorly on this location’s level of professionalism and customer service, especially when employees are glaring at customers and talking about them after making mistakes. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but there was no integrity, accountability, or remorse shown for the error or the attitude I received.

    Absolutely unacceptable "professional" atmosphere. A child maybe 8 years old walking around behind the counter, and by the food/ grills. Workers with snappy attitudes and no sense of customer service. One worker walking around with unprofessional attire with profanity all over the front of her hoodie. Then we get our order and my wife's $6 drink is half full with cold foam and the hot coffee is warm at best. I figured it was busy for a good reason but it seems it was due to the terrible service.
