- PPpookieDec 12, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I asked twice for my order to be made with no egg, and both times it was made incorrectly. The second time, the worker even repeated back “no egg” to confirm — yet still gave me egg. When she remade it, the order was cold and had the wrong cheese. The employee who helped me, who had orange hair and a mole by her lip, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. She slammed my order down on the counter and was unfriendly and disrespectful from the start. There’s absolutely no reason to treat a customer that way. It really reflects poorly on this location’s level of professionalism and customer service, especially when employees are glaring at customers and talking about them after making mistakes. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but there was no integrity, accountability, or remorse shown for the error or the attitude I received.

Workers with snappy attitudes and no sense of customer service. One worker walking around with unprofessional attire with profanity all over the front of her hoodie. Then we get our order and my wife's $6 drink is half full with cold foam and the hot coffee is warm at best. I figured it was busy for a good reason but it seems it was due to the terrible service.
