We sent our truffle fries back twice, John went back and personally cooked those himself and brought them to us to make sure they were right, he is old-school customer service and this place reflects his professionalism in every sense of the word, absolutely made our trip Incredible, thanks John

Update: after speaking with the general manager and corporate I was able to get a full refund so I'm very grateful for that and the preloaded cards as well.

I told them I looked online which said we could make a reservation for right now and he said “I guess it’s not updating”. I asked about the slew of empty tables and he said well if you want a high top.. I guess because we have children he assumed we wouldn’t. We just walked out. Why would the high tops not be offered in the first place!?!?

The service was so slow I started wondering if the waiter had decided to pursue a different career mid-shift. When the food finally arrived, it looked like it had lost a fight on the way from the kitchen. My meal was somehow cold and burnt at the same time, which I didn’t even know was possible until today. The flavors were… confusing. Not bad in a bold, adventurous way—bad in a “did someone drop this and panic?” way. The menu promised “house specialty,” but what I received tasted like regret with a side of poor decisions. The atmosphere didn’t help. Sticky tables, strange smells, and music that felt like it was chosen specifically to make people uncomfortable. By the end, I wasn’t sure if I’d eaten dinner or survived an ordeal. I left hungry, disappointed, and with a renewed appreciation for literally every other restaurant I’ve ever been to. Would not recommend—unless you enjoy culinary sadness.

Everyone is friendly, food is good, service is good and my toddler loves all the games he can play. I like that it’s also less crowded than the location in Orlando even during peak times. I don’t think we’ve ever really had to wait on a game.
