She asked if we would mind going to play some games while we waited and she would call us in just a few minutes. We came back after about 20 minutes and she had left to go home. They had seated several people ahead of us. We were told again that we would have to wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar, we did. There are tons of tables but they do not have the staff to seat everyone. The next host told us that management does this all the time. Why bother having so much capacity if you don't staff to fill it? The food was really good but having to wait so long when you have a reservation just sucked. The only bright spot was the bartender Satoru. He was literally running around trying to get everyone taking care of.

Also it is way too loud in there. I got two $25 cards but with tax and service fees I ended up paying $59 no way.
