Trash ALL over the restaurant floor, overflowing from trash can’s - even in the cooking area. No chips. Men’s restroom out of order. Women’s restroom has double-sided tape on the toilet seat… why??? A bunch of young people who simply don’t care about their job. We will NEVER be back to this location. What a dump.

- DWDani WhalenDec 21, 20251.0I've been enjoying chipotle for over 10 years, I'm a creature of comfort and I get pretty much the same thing every time unless theres something new seasonally and every single time I order at this location it's always bad. I've tried this location at least a couple dozen times since they've opened and I've quite literally never gotten good food here. Its either unseasoned or they exclusively only used lime juice (way too much). You would think with a rotation of employees over the years they've been opened, someone would follow the recipes correctly. I'm not one to write a bad review but I'm really hoping something will change. In the midst of working a 12 hour day, for my only meal, I had my usual order delivered on uber, it was unfortunately from this location and as hungry as I was I didn't even want to eat it. No flavor anywhere. Working in customer service for over 10 years I understand the ins and out of businesses and how there are good days and bad....but every single time it's bad. I'm writing this review HOPING something will change but I definitely will continue to avoid this location and go out of my way to either the Ormond or port Orange location when I want chipotle.

If only there was a way you could anticipate that customers would be interested in something to eat. Also clean up the dining room every now and then.
