They just go above and beyond and actually make my day little brighter...and BTW the burger was fresh and so delicious!

This behavior is neither acceptable nor appropriate. While I can understand when staff may be short-staffed and overwhelmed, this employee clearly just displayed a terrible attitude. I witnessed her slamming the drive-through window shut after yelling at the customer ahead of me. I was so appalled by this experience that I had to write this review.
