  Ordered two entrees and an appetizer. Was not packed at all. Appetizer came out COLD and at the same time as our entree. What is the point? Entrees came out cold. Told our sever who went to tell the manager. Never spoke or saw the manager. Told our server we needed to leave. Took 20 minutes until we decided to ask another server for our check. Paid in full and walked out. As we walked out, server told us the manager was adjusting our bill but the bill we paid had no adjustments. Walked out after paying in full. Clearly the manager is either inept or careless. It wasn’t really the servers fault but holy cow. Stop giving BDubs your business. They are run by children as managers that are afraid to speak to the people they “serve.”

  I needed to stop and hammer out a work email before going to a meeting. I told Dean I needed to be in and out in less than an hour. Within fifteen minutes, he had me set up on the Wifi, with a Pepsi and a mushroom swiss burger. He even grabbed my check and had it ready for me so I could leave as soon as I needed to. None of that canned, manufactured, "customer service speak." Just a sincere good guy who helped me get a quick burger and off to my meeting. Thanks, Dean.

  This is not slaw. This is lettuce blend. No pickles. And it looks like they Bella Swaned my sandwich with that sauce. Did they pass over it with the sauce bottle closed? This sandwich is so dry I need three Gatorades just to finish it.

  Let me start by saying that I am a senior citizen widow. To me, it's relevant, to others maybe not. After work today, I went in alone to grab some lunch and also make a to-go order since I am off work tomorrow. The young hostess asked how many I said one. She asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I said no thank you. Going out by myself to eat is difficult enough, without sitting at a bar as well. In my age range, you don't sit at a bar alone. The hostess rolled her eyes, walked me to a table, right by the bar, and put the menu on the table and walked off. Clearly she was annoyed. I can only assume at me. After 10 minutes, a server came to me and asked for my drink order. I did get my glass of tea and she did not come back. I did see her working at the bar. I think she was alone there, but not sure. She was busy. After an additional 15 minutes and she did not come back to the table to take my order, she was focused on her bar patrons. I put more than enough money down for the tea/tip and left. You were busy, but at 2:30 not bad. The hostess rolling her eyes so that I was able to see it, kind of set things off on a bad foot. So my suggestion to all is make sure you come with at least one other person and to tell that hostess that maybe she needs to fix her face, because that face said everything I needed to know. But what they needed to know was that although I was there as a single person, I more than likely would have spent roughly $60, and am a good tipper. So maybe not enough to make a difference to you, but it would have been a big difference to a smaller non-corporate place.
