  Our high school reunion was yesterday.There was eight of us that flew in from all around the world to reconnect after 20 long years.So you can imagine how shy we all were .Well thanks to Kimberly and logan it turned out AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable of the menu witch made everything easy as far as ordering .My classmates did have a thousand questions about the menu with the gluten sensitivity and the diabetes and blood sugars and carb counting .DAMN were OLD Lets start by saying the food was the best seafood i ever had. She suggested the stuffed shrimp and the bourben st mahi and they were both outta this world.The drinks were 10/10 we wanted the starburst drink but i guess they were out of mango so kimberly suggested the mt lava flow .It was so delicious and creamy .She was very attentive and still had many other tables and seem to have been doing many diff jobs (host,bus, bar-tend she even helped us out in the gift shop ).We even got to take a little tiki glasses with us to remind us of what a great time we had .We were there for hours .I apoligize we were there past close .We did not even know you all closed untill we realized there was no one left in the building .That just goes to show it was well after close and we did not feel rushed out of there at all. We started at the bar and got some drinks.The bartender was a great looking young man but his drinks were not as good. Needless to say kimberly did some trivia with us and stumped us all.she must have seen that forrest gump movie 100000000000 Xs .We are going to make this a annual thing now. Bubba and kimberly will be a part of it as well. Never a good bye always a see you later untill next year we meet again. XOXOXOLauraXOXOX

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.. I’ve eaten here before and always expected a fun atmosphere and good seafood, but this visit was honestly shocking. Partway through my meal, I found a cockroach in my food. It was clearly on my plate, and it completely ruined my appetite. It made me feel sick and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. That’s something no customer should ever have to experience. To their credit, once we brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager did step in and comped our entire table’s bill. I do appreciate that effort, and it was the right thing to do. However, while covering the meal was a nice gesture, it doesn’t erase the fact that there was a cockroach in the food in the first place. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and addresses whatever sanitation issues led to this happening. I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone.

  We called early to request a specific table for dinner. Our family has ate at the same table for several years when we visit Daytona Beach. Jake was fun to talk with and greeted us upon arrival. We led him to our table and he handed us off to Maria. Maria was amazing and made our dining experience that much better. Dinner was fantabulous! We learned they use Finest Call Bloody Mary mix so we enjoyed a Bloody Mary before dinner. The shrimp Mac and cheese and hush puppies were the hit of the meal. Maria was attentive, fun, and a pleasure to meet. Thank you Maria and Jake for ensuring another great Bubba Gumps visit!!

  Absolutely.One of the worst experiences we have ever had. We understand that it's race week.And there was a wait for a table which was no problem. We ordered an appetizer which took thirty two minutes to get.And then when we received it, it wasn't even cooked, so we sent it back. Waited another sixty minutes and asked where our entrees were.And they kept telling us they were coming. After being at the restaurant for over two and a half hours, we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. That place wasn't even at full capacity.There were tons of empty tables. It wasn't the server's fault.She was doing the best that she could.And we tipped her very well. But won't come back here. Never got to eat. Waited over two and a half hours, horrible experience.
