  Customer care is key, and the manager, hostess and servers went above and beyond to fix an issue that couldn't be helped. As a nurse, I ordered food for pick-up and I never leave work for fear of being late. Well, it took longer than the time stated and, I had to leave without my food! I understand things happen, especially during bike week. The manager was so nice and not only refunded my money, but mailed me gift certificates for my next meal. Additionally, I ordered again tonight and the gentlemen who handed me my food said he recognized my name and would ensure they prioritize my orders moving forward! I mean...wow! Thats customer care repair. I love the quality and selection of food at Bone Fish Grill, and the customer service matches that quality. Thanks so much!

  We had the charbroiled oysters as an appetizer, they have a really rich flavor and are served with some nicely toasted bread. The shrimp and scallops were not to heavy and the Asian sauce that our server Brian recommended was delicious. The Cod imperial is always a favorite for us and the drink special our server let us know about was great. The food here is great and the service is superb. Great place to have a nice meal, a few drinks and to have a nice night.

  We chose Bonefish Grill for a late lunch, Feb 9, before our flight out of DAB. It was definitely a great choice. Our waitress, Bree, was awesome! She was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. My husband chose the salmon on a plank, and I had the grouper with shrimp. Both our meals were delicious, the fish was fresh and was prepared perfectly. Brianna, the manager, was also very personable and attentive and checked on us make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely return to BFG again and would not hesitate to request Bree as our server.

  Brian was absolutely fantastic! He was always right there when we needed refills, checked in at the perfect times, and was genuinely kind the entire evening. You can tell he truly cares about his tables and takes pride in what he does. Attentive without ever being overbearing — just great service all around. We’ll definitely be back and hope to sit in his section again!

  We made reservations for Valentines Day, way back in January.. We get to the restaurant about 15 before our reservation time.. Only to be told: You need to come back at your reservation time .. O.K. We did .. Waitress comes over after we were at our table , asking us if we like something to drink. I order a Crown Royal and Coke.. Waitress asks : Regular or Tall? I say Regular.. Later.. Well into our meal.. Waitress asks if we want to order more drinks.. I tell her : I’ll take another Crown Royal & Coke , this time , make it a Tall.. When the Bill arrives.. I get charged for 2 Crown Royal & Cokes Both were the same price!! Isn’t a “Tall” a ‘stronger’ drink?? Which normally cost more .. Felt like we were ripped off Which put a sour taste in our mouth with Bonefish Grill.. It’ll be A while before we’re back..
