  me and my friends came in around 10:15 on a friday night (9/19) when we came in, we were not greeted nor talked to. we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for service. when my friends began paying, we were told they did not take cash. they said this as they were closing the cash part of the register 45 minutes before close. our ice cream was put together half hazardly, as mine was falling off before it was even given to me. they ultimately were so rude and all we wanted to do was get out. the one girl even had headphones on, not paying attention.

  First off, the girl behind the counter was barely paying attention and was a little too focused on what was playing in her headphones. Told her we wanted a chocolate chip fudge with pecans she said they didn’t have pecans and only peanuts we told her no and she still put them on. When we told her that it was not okay and that my family member had an allergy she gave a snobby look and stormed off with attitude. She eventually came back with a new cup of ice cream without peanuts. Then they Didn’t even have a major flavor (cookies and cream) and we had to substitute. All while trying to order with an employee that looked like they didn’t even wanna do their own job. Not including the employee who was inside just messing with the ice cream labels all in the way of the line. Ended up playing close to $25+ for 3 large ice creams which were damn near not even close to a gallon of ice cream and about the flavor of Walmart ice cream. Also when my family member ate the chocolate chip mint ice cream they ended up puking only the ice cream up minutes after eating it. Really sad experience and I won’t be coming back to Ben and Jerry’s. Just seems to be a hell hole of teens that don’t wanna work and just want a paycheck. -10/10 Update- family member is now sick and has thrown up 2x possibly food poisioning, found paper towel ripped up in another ice cream and other family member isn’t feeling well. Will update in morning if all of us are sick. Second Update- Family member that was sick is now okay, only barfed up the ice cream and kept other food down. Another has been feeling ill since about 5 in the morning.
