Then to be told after the entire wait they didn't have a drawer to take cash, my son has autism it's not exactly easy to find places he will eat at. Why not tell someone from the beginning? I had exact change. Just completely unreasonable and lazy.

- TMTammy MullinsOct 31, 20251.0I went to this Arby’s last night and I went inside, and I waited for someone to take my order which wasn’t a problem cause it was only if a minute or two well when the woman came around and saw, I was standing there she had the most disgusting look on her face then on top of that never said hello just said what do you want so I gave her my coupons that I had and I wasn’t done ordering and she went to give me a total and I said wait. I have a couple more things. She rolls her eyes and then puts in my order walks away after I paid for it never gave me my receipt so I took my own receipt. Then I went to the end of the aisle to pick up my food as I’m watching her she has the most disrespectful and nasty attitude I’ve ever seen at a fast food. The fries were greasy, and they were old and chewy then on top of that when we opened up the sandwiches cause we had the beef and cheddar they were so sloppy and messy. It was ridiculous. I’ve never ever had service like this from this Arby’s ever, so whoever this person is, she’s short, a little stocky, major, major attitude.
