  Neverrrrr fails to mess up my order literally every single time. The sarcastic teenage boy always has an attitude and is always rude out the mouth, just had to stop going to that location all together.

  For over a week now I have tried contacting someone about my messed up coffee order. Paying $6+ tip for a coffee and then realizing they messed up your order is the worst. I went through the drive through on Christmas Eve. They were slammed and the girls did amazing but it took a while as I expected. I ordered a plain iced latte (I can’t do sugar) and I drive off with it. Maybe 5 minutes later I stab the straw in and take my first sip and it is the most horrendously sweet hazelnut coffee/ late. By this point there is not a convenient route to take to get back to this location and I didn’t have time to sit through the drive thru again. So I had to stop at a DIFFERENT coffee shop, throw out an entire coffee from 7Brew and purchase a new one. So my total for the day was $19 to finally have a drinkable coffee. I called the number, customer service isn’t available. I messaged their Facebook and instagram account- radio silence. What if someone had a reaction to their coffee?? What if someone genuinely had a serious problem and there is ZERO customer service to contact for this whole company?? Sounds sketchy. I understand mistakes happen and the girls in the drive thru were awesome, but you deserve to have your coffee remade at your convenience if they give you the wrong one.

  Tyler was great at the DAB location on Nova Road! He rolled with the WiFi issues and was very pleasant! Coffee was great!

  Day after Thanksgiving. I respect the coffee place is open. My friend and I walk over because they wanted a coffee. We were nearby at another place. My friend and I were not sure how the walk up ordering worked, but the girl with the NY shirt was very helpful. She said once the guy employee was done with drive thru, he would come over. My friend orders his drink, no problem. It's my turn and I said I'm going to get my mom a drink. Note I didn't say this but honestly I was getting my mom who is homeless a treat. BUT, I was met with rude snarky behavior when I tried to ask for something I thought she may like. I couldn't explain what I wanted without attitude from the guy employee. I understand it's cold. I get that it's a holiday weekend, however, rude comments shouldn't be included ever when I'm being polite and smiling and trying to figure my order out. I don't drink a lot of coffee. My mom likes crushed ice or slushy like drinks. Like cappuccino or latte. When I started ordering he said I'll get you a Blondie with specific ice type he probably thought I had in mind. He said blended. I said not fully blended like crushed ice. He says your confusing me and something to the extent of you don't even know what to order/you don't know what to order. I find it very condescending to be rushed and given attitude. His tone quickened and he seemed very annoyed visually. What is the big deal about me trying to figure out something to order?! The drinks came out quickly. Fine. That's fine. My friend was happy. I was annoyed. My mom said the drink was too sweet but tasted good. She isn't big on caramel. I didn't have much time to look on the menu board off to the side. My BAD. I'm not pleased with this interaction. No excuses for that rude behavior. If the young man was being a bit lighthearted then sure I would laugh along but he wasn't. Periodt. I did tip because I respect the industry. I work for tips myself. For an expensive coffee drink, I wish the experience was better because I do drink those kind of beverages they serve other than coffee.
