4 Rivers Daytona is the largest restaurant in the 4R family. It debuts our first full-service bar, which features unique craft cocktails, wine, and beer. The building also includes a private dining and event space, which can comfortably seat up to 60 guests.

- CRC RickshawNov 10, 20251.0No servers! Just crappy BBQ! I got brisket, burnt ends, and ribs. $4 up charge for premium meat and sides brought my meal to $31 with a beer. Tip was not included but of course asked for. Though no service is given. Sides were cold and tasteless. Ribs are all fat. Burnt ends were just chop beef. Brisket was dry and flaky. Even BBQ sucked!

Sadly, it looks like they’ve changed vendors, and the new version is a major downgrade. Bland, dry, and nowhere near the iconic original. This was the one item I came back for, and now it’s just a sad imitation. That said, the brisket was still on par—tender, smoky, and very good. But losing the original Coop Tenders is a big blow. Also, a note for to-go orders: please don’t use the same grease-dripping glove that just sliced brisket to handle the outside of the food container. By the time you get home, it’s one big grease fest. Let’s keep the flavors where they belong—inside the box, not all over it.

I’ve tried the pulled pork sandwich, the Cuban sandwich, fried okra, and french fries and honestly, everything is packed with flavor. The barbecue is smoky, tender, and perfectly seasoned, and the sides taste just like good old Southern comfort food. You can tell everything is made with care and quality. If you’re craving real barbecue done right, Four Rivers never disappoints!
