- ADAmy DMar 31, 20261.0I tried Dutch Bros. for the first time yesterday. The Beville Rd location was a big disappointment. I ordered two drinks. One was an unsweetened iced tea. To be honest it looked like dirty water and tasted like water. I’ve never seen such light colored tea. Much lighter than even an iced green tea. 99% water and they ran a tea bag through it. So much ice I couldn’t fit a straw in the cup. Had to dump out ice. Staff should be EMBARASSED to hand something like this to a customer who paid full price for nothing. Stopped somewhere else for an actual caffeinated beverage and threw out the Dutch Bros tea.

Unfortunately, today was a completely different story. The drive-through is a two-lane setup that merges into one, just like most places. We were following the normal pattern of alternating cars when a driver from the other lane tried to cut in front of us. After a quick honk, they eventually let us go, so it really wasn’t a big deal at that point. What made the experience frustrating was an employee coming up to our car afterward. Instead of helping or just letting things move along, he told us we were in the wrong because the other car had ordered before us. There’s no way for customers to know who ordered first in another lane, and that’s not something we should be expected to manage. The situation was already over, and nothing could be changed at that point, so the interaction just felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It completely changed the tone of our visit. Really disappointing, especially after such a good first experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
