- FCFrederick Chong1 day ago5.0This was my first visit to this location and I had a great experience with the service and drink from dutch Bros as usual. ordering was quick, polite and driving up to the kiosk I was greeted and served with a warm welcome and drink ready to serve.
- EEEMFJ01904 days ago4.0I don’t choose Dutch Bros often but today I decided too because 7brew screwed me all up & im waiting for the employee over the intercom & nothing… so I just decided to put in a mobile order because how was I supposed to know you order at the window. I just feel like maybe someone could’ve said something after waiting for some time at the intercom.

It is pretty strange the woman seemed so upset considering there wasn’t a single person in line & there’s about 5 of them in there working.

It was amazing, which is why I went back today, but unfortunately, when I went to go order my drink, I guess the guy didn’t know what I was ordering and gave me blue raspberry with watermelon and Boba on top when I asked for a blue raspberry with lime with no Boba. I also repeatedly asked him. This is the one with lime in it right and he said yes. I also didn’t get told that there was an up charge for light ice, which is fine, but you should always make the customer aware for any up charge. $10 for a medium sized drink that wasn’t even what I ordered but one ingredient correct is crazy to me.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
