  Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts they are always rude and out of something they taking up to 15 mins just for two simple drinks I would rate them no stars If I could

  Monday, March 30th, should have been an excellent day for me and Dunkin' Donuts. I had to take my daughter back to her school. Usually, I place orders at any Starbucks or at the Dunkin' Donuts located near my home. But this time, things didn't go well at all. Ms. Flo served me grudgingly and made me wait. The manager (Brook Melton) told me to hold on. I waited 10 minutes, and still nothing. I went inside the store, and my order wasn't there. It was an order placed through the app on my phone. Since I didn't see my order ready—and because Flo hadn't understood my name—I decided to change my name in the app and used "Maribel" (my middle name) instead. The order went through. I waited, then went back inside the store. Both orders were sitting there. No one had called me—absolutely no one...30 minutes later... I told Bri (another employee) that I couldn't possibly take that much food, and that since it was an app order, she couldn't issue me a refund. She told me to contact Customer Service. I contacted them. They said they would compensate me for my wasted time, but that they couldn't issue a monetary refund. The manager later contacted me via email, stating that she would refund the money in cash but would not provide any additional compensation. I called Customer Service again, and they confirmed that what she had told me was correct. Conclusion: I don't necessarily need to ask for extra compensation, but I do need them to follow through on what they offered. They never refunded the duplicate charge. I ultimately decided to stop pursuing the matter due to such sheer incompetence. I do not recommend this place; after all, there are better places to get a good cup of coffee—WITHOUT so much ice!

  I received horrible customer service today from the girl at the window. She’s usually polite, but this time she was extremely rude over something as simple as me asking for a small coffee. The guy at the speaker rang me up for a medium instead of the coffee I clearly ordered, and when I mentioned it at the window, she got an attitude in front of customers. She even made a smart comment saying, “I can see what type of day it’s going to be, everyone wants to change their order.” That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. All I did was ask for what I originally ordered. After that, she went to make my coffee, but I didn’t even drink it because at that point I didn’t trust her. The whole interaction was rude, dismissive, and far from the customer service I’m used to receiving here.

  The “coffee” I received turns out they just added tea into it. Which I cannot drink. In no way should this ever pass as coffee with cream and sugar
