  I love how everyone was so nice and polite. When we 1st entered the establishment both host were smiling and greeted us. Our sever was very nice and fast her name was Kaitlyn and i told her that her manager is always so nice to us when ever we come. Her manager came back to thank us for the compliment her name was Christina. And the other night same thing everyone was really nice we sat at the bartender and Sally was the bomb.com lol

  We got food and drinks from here at this location. It wasn't that busy at this time. It was a few people playing games with a few kids that should have been in school. The drinks were nice and the food. Sally was our server. She has a great personality and is very communicative. Then Unique came over and spoke with us. She has a very big smile and great conversation. Both of these lady's treated us good and kept us engaged while still working hard keeping the bar and restaurant area maintained. Just speaking with Sally and Unique, made our day after a long drive and long day at work

  Stopped in while on vacation because our son had never been. Great selection of games and arcades. Tool a break for some lunch and Sally was beyond wonderful even though she was alone in the restaurant area. Couldn't have asked for better service. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

  I've been comming to the Williams st location ever since I moved to this area. The food is always consistent and delicious. I will definitely keep comming back. Staff is great. They make every visit make me want to come back. Huge shout out to my favorite waitress Sally. Always makes me happy to have her as my server. I always leave with a smile when she's here. Thank you for the joy and filling my belly. Lol. Sincerely Jeremiah Martin

  Our visit started with requesting a high top table in a restaurant that was only 25% full. We were told that there was no server in the area of the high tops to wait on us. WT? They must be so restrictive with their assigned stations that they cannot accommodate a guest when the place was wide open. We sat down to a table that was sticky so we cleaned it ourselves with wipes. The drink menu had so very yummy signature cocktails but NO prices, not even on the bottles and drafts. I wanted to order the watermelon margarita which showed on a placard during Happy Hour is $6. I’m glad I asked about the price which was over $12 during regular pricing! Wow!! Pass. We all opted for ice tea instead afraid to inquire about the other adult beverages. We order 3 side salads, nachos and a side of pasta. The Cesar salad was saturated in dressing and soggy lettuce, no crunch whatsoever. The apple pecan salad came with iceberg lettuce with brown on the edges. We returned them. Next came pasta, acceptable and the most depressing looking nachos I’ve seen. No pico or salsa came with dish. We paid extra for ground beef vs chicken. The ratio of chips versus meat, cheese and toppings was just plain sad. The highlight of our meal was the manager on duty. He came over to discuss salads and even though we decided not to complain about the nachos, he read the room well and removed all the salads and the nachos from our table. He was very pleasant and absolutely not upset about our complaints. Keep up the great customer service. It was the best part of our visit. Our server did a good job too and we tipped him on what bill should have been and not what we paid. In summary, the kitchen needs to be seriously dialed in, and the table assignment more flexible. We ended up going home still hungry☹️
