  I just left the drive thru after sitting in the parking lot for about 15 min to get my food I called because the food wasn't right no answer after 3x if I wait that long my food should be correct and paid a lot more than I should have . The food quality varies there is never the same taste like other Bojangles. I use to go to bojangles every chance in Jax not here

  SO GOOD! The food was super fresh and hot. The chicken is melt in your mouth. The dirty rice, house made ranch & jalapeno ranch were awesome. Employees were great!

  Bojangle’s bone-in chicken is the best chain fried chicken there is. So I was excited to see a new one open, but the geniuses decided to take it off the menu in favour of the same stupid tenders everyone else sells. They deserve to fail

  Waited 32 minutes in a parking spot and had to go inside to get my food. When I got home it was totally not what I ordered. Seemed like nobody inside knows what they are doing.
