  Daytime shift service is fine but do not come to this location at night. Whoever runs the drive through at night has to be some kind of intoxicated. Slurring words and They literally cannot comprehend orders they will ring you up incorrectly and then fight with you when you try to correct them. I've had one of the night managers scream at me and refuse to to fix my order after it was rang up incorrectly. There is just no real management here at night the employees do whatever they want. I work in food service and I understand it can be irritating dealing with long lines at night, but the staff is here is absolutely TERRIBLE.

  This is the worst taco bell i have been to :c we were in line for 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. By the time we got our food the line wrapped around the building. The employees are incredibly rude with each interaction. We also said we were missing a drink and she said not you're not and closed the window while we were responding. We waited, waving until she finally opened it to show her our online order that had another drink. The food is also sloppily made, with things not folded and way to much sauce. The ratios are crazy

  Lazy staff, crazy long wait times. If your stupid enough to wait in line you might find out they have a limited menu. Garbage, staff doesn't care, location is a joke since they made it 24 hours. Just go to wawa

  I place my order online, and I approach to the lobby and they tell me that I have to do the line for the drive thru which was very long by the way. And then in front of me they let someone else into the place. I don't understand why they have online orders if it's the same as going in person and standing in line. I'm a regular customer and I've always had problems! They always forget something and every time I order cinnamon twist they are never in the bag! I keep coming here because it's the only one close to home but I'm tired of this Update 1:24 am on 05/04/2026 supposedly they are only taking mobile orders! So don't waste your time approaching his drive thru 2nd update I place my order at 12:30 am and I get my order at 1:43am

  I have nothing but great things to say about this location. It is the only location I sincerely go to. The manager Tania is exceptional!! Just last Saturday night, she was once again so welcoming, full of positive energy and joy and so incredibly kind. She makes the process go smoothly and ensures every item (including preferred sauces) are in the bag. Thank you to Tania and the whole team!
