  To the owner or franchisee This store is the worse ever. No cream this morning for coffee. This review is yo the owner to shake up management team who can have or provide better services. Even the coffee is bad, different taste every day. What the heck is wrong with you people. If you have a problem with this review, you may or may not see me. Today I decided to cancel my subscription because the general manager Brooks is looking for me because is very angry about this review. What the hell she thinks she is. What is wrong with her. I wrote the truth. Her restaurant sucks and stinks. Bathrooms are dirty and she cooks with no gloves.

  Enjoy alone, families and friends a great variety of sandwiches and soups. Good placenta have a social or work meeting with free wifi.

  I had an exceptionally disappointing experience at Panera Bread from the moment I walked through the door. The cashier, Salomon, had a noticeably bad attitude and was not friendly or welcoming in any way. Customer service sets the tone for the entire visit, and unfortunately, this interaction immediately made the experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, I waited 18 minutes for a simple egg sandwich. For a quick breakfast item, that kind of wait time is excessive and unacceptable. There was no acknowledgment of the delay or effort to communicate what was taking so long. Especially when there were 5 people working behind the counter. Between the poor service and the unreasonable wait time, this visit was incredibly frustrating. I expect much better from Panera and hope management addresses both the customer service and efficiency issues at this location.
