  When I got to the second window, the employee was extremely rude. I politely asked for less ice, and she seemed upset by my request. After tasting the iced coffee, I found it to be very unpleasant, so I asked if they could add more creamer. At that point, she began speaking negatively about me in Spanish, which was very unprofessional. Just because I am African American does not mean I do not understand other languages. She then asked the manager (who I assume made the drink) about my request, and I was told they would not remake it. I responded in Spanish to make it clear I understood what was being said. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially when a customer is paying for a product. Instead of resolving the issue, she added an excessive amount of milk, overfilling the drink, and then walked away. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

  Why would you have two drive through things but yet can only use one at a time and then get attitude from the girl when you're like where you at

  Ate the Big Arch and it was really good considering it was McDonalds. The only thing that kinda of sucked about the drive thru was how long it took to go through it. I had to wait 2 minutes after receiving my meal to receive my single drink. It was quite a long wait

  Well, here goes my first negative review. I typically pass on reviews that are negative, but this one we experienced was just really bad! So here goes…. Not one single human interaction at this McDonald’s. No hello, no goodbye, no anything. Why not just hire robots at this point? To the owner…if this was your goal then bravo…you exceeded the bar. Food was barely adequate. Ketchup dispensers did not work. Fries are now “shoestring “ size as of March 2026. You order on your own at a kiosk. Someone either barks out your order number or brings food to your table if you’re lucky. Food was just sloppy mess. Tables and bathrooms were dirty. But what do you expect for $15 for a meal for two? I’m sure the owner of this franchise store is still making a killing! You clearly were not present or had the wherewithal to hire an on site manager who takes pride in this restaurant.
