  I watch this store lose countless customers because there is no one at the front desk and the kiosk for freezing up and no one can put their order in your login that's what's wrong with technology that's what's wrong with AI so they lose thousands of dollars worth of food and business and I hope this review hurts even more

  This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to I waited 28 minutes for a Big Mac and four freaking chicken nuggets ridiculous. This is a crap McDonald's

  McDonald’s #5117 I’m aware that many McDonald’s locations are not always known for outstanding customer service, but what I experienced on March 15, 2026 at Store #5117 was completely unacceptable. I went through the drive-thru and politely said “Give me one second while I look over the menu.” The employee taking my order, whose name was Nikitrus (apologies if I misspelled it), immediately responded in a very rude tone and told me to drive around and get back in line because I wasn’t ready. I explained that I just needed a moment to look at the menu, but she refused and said there was a car behind me. I felt pressured and rushed into ordering quickly, which resulted in me ordering only half of what I originally intended to buy. When I pulled up to the payment window, her attitude continued. She was unpleasant, dismissive, and clearly irritated, even though I had done nothing to warrant this response. I understand that fast food environments can be busy, but basic professionalism and courtesy should still be expected. Customers should not be rushed or spoken to disrespectfully simply for asking for a moment to review the menu. This was one of the most unprofessional drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had, and it was honestly shocking to see someone behave this way while representing a major company like McDonald’s. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff that customer service still matters.
