    I am writing to report a very disappointing experience during my visit on **March 24, 2026 at approximately 9:56 PM** (per my receipt). I placed an order for a **McChicken (extra mayo, add pickles, cooked to order)**. After paying, I was instructed to park and wait. After waiting **over 10 minutes for a single sandwich**, I returned to the drive-thru window to request a refund due to the excessive delay. The employee at the window notified the manager. When the manager came over, (HEAVYSET) HISPANIC WO-MAN ? she stated that the sandwich had been sitting there and questioned why it had not been given to me. This reflected a clear lack of communication and oversight within the team. During the refund process, I experienced additional concerns. My **original payment was made by card**, however, the manager issued my refund **in cash instead of returning it to the original form of payment**. This raised concerns for me regarding proper transaction handling and store procedures. Additionally, after issuing the refund, I requested my receipt for recordkeeping purposes, as this was a business transaction. The manager refused to provide it, holding it against her chest and repeatedly stating that she “needed it.” Even when I asked to take a photo, she declined. Only after I firmly reiterated that I needed the receipt for documentation did she reluctantly allow me to take it. This behavior was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. As I drove away, the manager shouted “stupid” out the window toward me in front of another employee. This level of disrespect from management is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand. I have visited other nearby McDonald’s locations and have never experienced this level of poor service or unprofessional conduct. This appears to be a management issue, not an isolated mistake. I strongly recommend that this manager be reviewed, retrained, and more closely supervised. Leadership behavior directly impacts team performance and customer experience, and this incident should not be taken lightly.

    had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. Everything was fine when we ordered, and I was getting our food. She gave me the food, and I thought it was mine, so I drove off. Then she came out of the window, asking, “What about your drinks?” I said, “What drinks? I didn’t order any drinks; I just ordered a McFlurry.” So I went back, and I checked the bag—it wasn’t our food. I gave the bag back to her, and then she got really rude, saying, “Then why are you guys driving off if it wasn’t your food?” I thought it was mine in the bag, but she still didn’t make my McFlurry. While she was making it, she started talking badly about me in another language, thinking I wouldn’t understand. The employees should know exactly what the customer ordered—we shouldn’t have to explain everything. This was just super rude and unprofessional.

    Went through Drive thru placed order for 3 meals with 20 piece nuggets spending close to 50 bucks the 2nd window lady in safety vest asked to see my receipt and kept it saying she needed it to get the order correctly and told me to wait at curbside. Waited few minutes she came back with one bag supposedly having everything ? Nope it was Missing A Meal!!!! I had to get back in line and wait to get my missing food. Where's Corporate? Place has many bad reviews and nothing being done about it. Need More Focus on Orders .PLEASE CUSTOMERS CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE DRIVE THRU

    I will never go to this place again. There were plenty of employees there and not 1 person inside eating or ordering. Nobody came up to take our order. Finally a manager with a nasty attitude came up n took our order. My food sat on the counter and nobody let me know it was ready. I walked back to the register and asked how much longer and she pointed to the bag. Half the food was missing and all the drinks. We I asked about it, I was given dirty looks and the missing food n drinks were placed on the counter by a teenage employee with a nasty attitude. Disgusting behavior from all of them.

    If I could I would give this location 0 stars. Food…cold. Service…absolutely disgustingly horrible. Atmosphere….-1000. I don’t know how this location is still open. With all these reviews…why doesn’t the owner care? Your business is hurting because of the horrible people that are hired. Why when I’m at the window do I THE CUSTOMER have to wait for the ladies yap session to finish before receiving my food. Mind you… had to ask for a spoon and gave me no straw. When my brother asked for extra sauce the woman said that it was extra and slammed the window. Now….she needs to get herself together because I would gladly pay .35 for a sauce. That attitude and disrespectful behavior is going to lose customers. Burger King would never. And I have worked in food. It’s hard, but you chose to work there. Do your job.
