  Horrible customer service, I waited over 40 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and fries for the kids. Then I had to show my receipt like people actually steal McDonald's. When I finally got my food, it was just tossed in a bag and I was sent in my way. No I'm sorry, no apologies . I am deeply disappointed, not going back

  This is the only mc Donalds I go to. They always get my order right, give me the right amount of sause, they are quick and efficient.

  Pésimo servicio la supuesta manager atacó verbal mente sin motivo aparente ami esposo y después ami su nombre es Annie mi hija es especial y se dirigió a ella diciendo que tiene un defecto y dijo ami esposo que se callara por el propio bien de mi hija cuando el le dijo que que le pasaba que no era manera de tratarnos yo le dije que estaba asustando a mis hijas pues andaba nuestra bebé de 8 meses estuve apunto de llamar la policía ami hija de 10 años le dio una crisis nerviosa en el lugar devido alos gritos y al susto de todo lo que la señora nos dijo es increíble como puede estar una persona así al servicio de un lugar donde llegan familias con niños a comer pido porfavor de la manera más atenta tomar cartas en el asunto

  Ordered online. Took 40 minutes and had me park to wait for my order i eventually got fed up and went through the drive through again to just get a refund. Manager didnt know how to process a refund! Place is ran by clowns they made my order and it was wrong after 40 minutes and no refund. Clowns truly

  I purchased only a carmel sundae, on Sunday March 15 2026 from the drive thru at approximately 6pm. I was the only car in the drive thru. It was very slow. The guy working said "do you want to round that up?" I said here is $4. I never agreed to round it up. He proceeded to say thanks and put the $4 in his drawer. I asked where my change was and he said "you mean your .15cents?" I said yea... but wasn't the cost $3.59 that is more that .15cents. (the change was actually .41cents which I just verified on the app for that location) He was very dismissive and extremely rude when he handed me only .15cents and said here is your .15cents!! I never got a napkin or a receipt as he immediately went on his headset to help the next customer and ignored me when I asked him the cost. I said I thought it was $3.59 and was ignored. I drove to the next window I asked the very nice gentleman how much their sundaes were, he wasn't sure so I just asked if I could get a receipt. He said "you didn't get a receipt?" I said no I did not, and I think there is something going on with the cashier that just waited on me. Because I'm sure they are $3.59 and he pushed me to "round up my purchase," and then never gave me a receipt and gave me the wrong change which he acted like it was correct, and when I questioned him he purposely ignored me put his attention the next customer. He told me to pull forward and was going to get me a receipt, but I said NO, just tell your manager the guy at the 1st window is up to something he is dishonest and very rude. The sundae was great btw, but under the circumstances I'm giving them a 1 star which I hope will grab the right persons attention.
