I purchased a small bacon Mac n cheese and they gave me an order with no bacon along with 0 napkins for a to go order. Like I understand that mistakes happen but come on. If there’s multiple of you working the kitchen, there’s no reason that no one notices a wrong order. My guess is that since my order was around 8:30, everyone was eager to go home and they could care less about getting things right. Oh and guess what. My half chicken bacon rancher was also completely messed up…. There was 0 bacon and a PIECE OF STEAK??! Never again…….

Such a fun and engaging guy. He made me feel like I belonged right here at this Panera. To the point where he made an extra pot of coffee in the roast I wanted because his goal was to make the customer happy. This wasn't my first visit here, but it's the first time I CHOSE to leave a comment. He's just that good. Isaiah was also super helpful. 💕
