  I used to come here weekly with my family. Unfortunately the last couple of visits have been a disaster. Last one specifically food took a very long time. Sides were brought after everyone finished their meal. In general this place has lost their way.

  I've been coming to this Outback location for 16+ years, mainly at Takeaway and tonight we had quite the unfriendly and frankly rude employee at Takeaway. I did not get her name but she appeared to be a manager and not an employee who usually concentrates on Takeaway. Upon arrival to the Takeaway parking we checked in through the texted link and reported our parking spot # as usual. We were the only vehicle at Takeaway. A couple of minutes later this lady pops her head out the Takeaway door and yells to us: "Who's name?" We told her and she came back with the credit card machine but not the food despite it having been ready for a while. I told her that I had a $10 bonus card and showed her and she asked if I could go inside. Normally the worker can either write down the bonus card # and PIN or take a photo of it if I don't get around to printing it out. She goes in the Takeaway door not waiting for me. I go to the door and open it and a guest check holder fell down as that is what she had shoved in the door so that I could open it. I picked it up myself and set it on a counter and she didn't even blink. She then put her hand out to grab my phone without even asking if she could or saying anything for that matter. I gave her my phone anyways and she entered in the bonus card info and then handed my phone back, again with no words. She then put the credit card machine down and reached her hand out again to grab my credit card again without asking and she put it in the machine. I gave her a small tip when really she deserved $0 for such terrible demeanor. She handed me the food and didn't thank me or anything. Someone like this should never be in a front facing job interacting with customers and if she really was a manager then she definitely needs remedial training pronto or she should find another job if she dislikes her job so much. Quite a disappointment and a rarity for Outback overall including this location which is normally spot on.

  Excellent experience on Sunday, February 15, 2026. I highly recommend this restaurant. We had lunch as a family, and all the dishes were delicious. We loved the service from the entire team, especially our waiter, James López. He was incredibly kind to everyone, and his service was exceptional. I wish them much success.

  I love this Outback! As soon as my partner and I walked in we were greeted with a smile. Not only that but Shericka, our server, took delightful care of us. She went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I enjoyed our time there. She’s definitely one of the reasons we’re coming back (besides the amazing food) thank you Shericka for being a sweetheart and giving exemplary service. We will definitely be back again!

  Sucks, went downhill, screws up orders all the time. Then too cheap to refund meal, just gives partial refund as if a waiter who spills entire glass of tea on a date then comps dates meal only would be acceptable after they ruined the meal for both guests...terrible food now, terrible service, every other time I order they screw it up. A steak place that sells awful steaks wont be in business in the future...im not telling anyone anything they dont know...outback because a cesspool 10 yrs ago and never was good again...its a fast food dump now...a place to grab food to go last minute when theres nothing else...
