Because it was so busy, there was a minor mix-up with our order, which honestly happens anywhere when a place is slamming. However, what really stood out to us was how it was handled. The manager, Josh, immediately stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He didn't just fix the issue; he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in running a great restaurant. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days. Because of Josh and the way the team handled everything, you have definitely earned a loyal customer. We will absolutely be returning soon!
