- MKMichaela KeatonSep 9, 20253.0Service is always quick, bagels are always good but the employees couldn’t be more bothered to answer a question. I got a caramel cold brew and it tasted like striaght coffee creamer, I asked for a shot of cold brew to make it stronger and she rolled her eyes just told me to use the hot coffee. By the time I got it to the strength I wanted it was watered down from the ice and lukewarm (why I wanted the cold brew). This isn’t the first time I’ve seen the employees have trouble answering a question or helping with a simple task. A remake is completely different from a splash of a beverage on the side. Do better. Don’t go to your job and be bothered that someone asked for help.
