  The refresher drinks are hit and miss at this location, especially the pineapple mango refresher. Not sure why they don’t stick to the formulation, but half the time I get a very watered down refresher, which is very frustrating and disappointing because I’m spending my money to get a quality product. Dunkin’ Donuts, train your employees how to make your food properly so that you can retain customers. Bottom line, the pineapple mango refresher tastes like crap most of the time.

  I order the same coffee all the time changing the flavor sometimes but always the same amt added and always the same price. I used the coupon to get my coffee for $2. Why was I charged $2.89. In the app it was $2.14. I asked why the difference in the price and she tells me there was an upcharge for the SAME FLAVORS that I get each time. I paid and left because I didn't want to hold up the line, but I will NEVER go to this location again. I didn't understand the attitude. I DID NOT get the deal that was scanned in my phone and it's not fair.

  I want you to drive through Sunday, February 15, 2026 ordered small hot coffee and had to repeat it like 5 times sounded like she was to busy flirting or clearly doesn’t care about people or her job. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever gone to.

  Since they renovated everything changed for the worst Service sucks Drinks aren’t made how they’re supposed to And thy never have anything really. How does a Dunkin donut not have donuts or almond milk And you have to tell them how to make the drink Used to be my favorite location

  When I pull into the parking lot there are two people behind the counter. One of them scrolling on her phone and talking to the other. By the time my door opens they've both vanished. The door is still locked but the posted sign says they opened an hour ago. So I head to the drive thru. I place my order and pull up to the window. While there I attempt to ask about the heart shaped tin. First in English, then with charades and finally with Google translate. She says "we're out". I paused then repeated what she said while staring at a stack of 20 of them no more than 5 feet behind her. I gave up and drove away. One star is generous.
