From the moment I walked in, her warm attitude and friendly smile made my morning. She was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work & employees. Every time I come in here I see her congratulating each and every employee on their good work as they clock out to go home. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of positivity every day, and it definitely stood out. Thank you, Stephanie, for starting my day on such a great note. Recently they must be trying something new by yelling good morning to everyone entering the store, and yelling good morning to fellow employees. Clapping loudly and one visit playing loud music. We are on the older side and are not a fan of this new customer service. We will have to find another Dunkin where we can enjoy a more quiet experience for our morning coffee
