  I been coming to this DD for years like clock work for my ice coffee.. In the last 3 or 4 months the ice coffee is horrible it taste like old dirty water with no coffee flavors so I throw my coffee out an I go to the DD on griffin were the Ice coffee taste like it’s supposed to be. Either the machine is not working right or the person does know how to make it. Please fix this problem I’m wasting money coming here.. I don’t know if I should come back.

  Dont waste your time going in. Drive thru gets the priority so if you go in and there are cars, you wont get your order until the drive thru is clear. 3 employees and all of them were only focused on the drive thru leaving customers inside standing around for 20 to 30 minutes. And all i wanted was some donuts put in a box. Oh, and by the time they were done with the drive thru, all the donuts i ordered were sold out by the time i got my order.

  One of the best freaking dunkins I ever been to. Amazing music and beautiful outside. Sweet damaris took my order and gave me and my kids free munckins and donuts. Saw her working hard juggling multiple orders at the same time . Great customer service and very clean store. Very happy girls who work here I love it ☺️☺️☺️

  I’m a daily regular at this location and have always loved starting my mornings here - the team knows my order by heart, and it genuinely brings me joy to walk through those doors each day. I’ve noticed some really positive changes recently, particularly how much happier the staff seems, which creates such a welcoming energy. However, I wanted to share some honest feedback: the music volume has become quite overwhelming. It’s now so loud that it’s difficult to place orders clearly, have a conversation, or simply enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the dining area. I completely appreciate creating an energetic atmosphere for the team, but there’s a sweet spot between upbeat and overpowering. I’m sharing this because I genuinely care about this location and want to continue making it part of my daily routine. A slight adjustment to the volume would make a world of difference for customers who want to linger and enjoy the space. Thank you for listening, and I look forward to many more mornings here!

  Um this Dunkin is by far the best Dunkin I have ever been too. You can tell whoever runs the store REALLY CARES! There are always plenty of people working so the food comes out fast and accurate. There's always 1 or 2 people cleaning indoors and outdoor spaces. The store offers 2 indoor inclosed meeting spaces that you can rent, electric car chargers in the parking lot, an outdoor swing and all new decor and landscaping. The kids always want to go to this dunkin because they have the best selection of fun frosted donuts and sitting on the cute donut swing is a plus. The last morning I did the drive through they had a speaker set up with fun music and 3 people working the drive through. It made for a fun and efficient experience. Great job to the management and great job to everyone running this place!
